You may reserve while review is pending, but the appointment is not approved for service until the record is confirmed. Return to booking.
Before you begin: Sign in through My Pawluxe first. Upload a current veterinarian-issued vaccination record as PDF, JPG, PNG, or WebP (maximum 10 MB). Your documents are private and are not public website files. Requirements can vary by veterinarian, jurisdiction, facility, and your dogās lifestyle.
